With over 70% of its population under the age of 30, Indonesia's young people are driving the country's cultural, social, and economic landscape. From fashion and music to social media and activism, Indonesian youth are at the forefront of shaping the country's trends and values.
Based on the findings of this paper, the following recommendations are made:
Economic reality is shaping a new "smart spending" mindset. Faced with a job market where salaries often struggle to keep pace with inflation, Gen Z and Millennials are redefining status [9].
