Set in 1913, the story picks up with (Dev), an adventurer who has returned to his village after his exploits in Africa. His restless spirit is reignited when he is approached by Anna Florian (Svetlana Gulakova), an Italian woman whose father, Marco Florian (David James), is obsessed with finding the mythical City of Gold— El Dorado .
