Click on the License Management tab on the left-hand sidebar.
| Issue | Solution | | :--- | :--- | | | Check spam/junk folders. Whitelist @veeam.com . Use a business email. | | License says "Invalid" | Ensure you downloaded the correct .lic for Veeam Backup & Replication (not Veeam ONE or Veeam Agent). | | "License file is for a different version" | Old licenses (v9, v10) may not work on v11 or v12. Log into my.veeam.com and download a fresh file. | | Need to add more instances/sockets | Log into my.veeam.com , increase your quantity (if contract allows), then download a new merged license file. |
If you do not have License Administrator permissions, you will see an option to [Send to License Administrator]
