A user's laptop motherboard died. They moved the NVMe SSD to a new laptop. BitLocker locked it. Sergei Strelec allowed them to boot and run a script that exported the TPM recovery key from the old system's registry hive (which was still intact on the drive). Unlocked in 10 minutes.
