Navigate to your game installation folder (Right-click in Steam > Manage > Browse local files Steam Community Look for a file named or similar files in the root or Steam Community Open it with Notepad and look for a line like g_language_name Russian . Change it to g_language_name English Steam Community Windows Registry Method (Advanced)
Double-click it and change the "Value data" from Russian (or ru ) to English (or en_US ).
