The “repack” treats the 7x aerodynamic surface as a compressible graph of 1.2 million nodes. Using a greedy reordering of the Laplacian smoothing kernel, we selectively collapse and re-inflate cells in high-shear regions (leading edge, trailing vortex cores). This creates microscale surface “breathing”—a controlled porosity effect—without physical perforation.
