Drums and percussion do not use traditional key signatures. If you highlight all tracks and change the key, GP8 will try to apply it to the drum track, sometimes shifting the MIDI mapping. Always exclude the drum track when changing the key signature of a whole song. Uncheck the "Drum" track in the track list before applying global key changes.
