Janibaan is a classic case of style over substance. It looks great, sounds great, and features a breakout acting debut from Asees Kaur, but a disjointed script and a lackluster second half pull it down. Asees is verified as a talent to watch for the future; this film, unfortunately, is not the vehicle that will launch her to stardom.
